With over 20 years of ministry experience, he is passionate about building strong, faith-centered organizations that serve people with integrity and purpose. As a husband and father, Rene believes leadership begins with humility, stewardship, and love. His desire is to see lives transformed through practical support and the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Amanda Gonzalez brings compassion, organization, and a servant’s heart to her role as Community Services Coordinator. With more than two decades of ministry involvement, she has a deep passion for connecting individuals and families to resources that meet real-life needs. As a wife and mother, Amanda is driven by a desire to create welcoming, supportive spaces where people feel seen and valued. She serves with joy, intentionality, and a deep love for people.

Kenyatta Rodriguez serves as Administrative Operations Manager, ensuring excellence, structure, and care in the daily operations of the organization. With over 20 years of ministry and 21 years serving in the Marine Corps, she brings leadership experience with clarity, consistency, and wisdom to every process. As a wife and mother, Kenyatta leads with both strength and compassion, believing that healthy systems help ministries thrive. Her heart is to support the mission so the team can serve others well.

Alex Rodriguez serves as Pastoral Counselor, offering faith-centered guidance, encouragement, and emotional support to individuals and families. With more than 20 years of ministry, 8 years of Mental Health advocacy experience and a 7-year Combat Veteran, serving in both the Marines and Army, Alex is passionate about walking alongside people in seasons of healing, growth, and restoration. As a husband and father, Alex believes in meeting people where they are with grace, truth, and hope. His calling is to help others discover purpose and wholeness through Jesus Christ.
